Availability and Backorders
While celticjackalope.com/peninhand.com makes every effort to stock all styles and items offered, this effort is subject to the stock conditions of our suppliers and availability of raw materials. In the event that we are unable to satisfy an order immediately due to stock out conditions, we will make every attempt to ship as soon as possible. Shipping time frames are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Backorders will ship automatically and customers can contact customer service at any time to obtain the estimated ship date of a backordered item.
Shipment Policy Retail orders worldwide will ship via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested by customer. FedEx Express, UPS and other express delivery services are available for nominal fees.
Wholesale orders within the Continental US will ship via Fedex Ground.
Wholesale orders outside of the US will ship UPS Air.
Credit Card Fraud
Interest at the rate of 4.5% shall accrue on any overdue account. Unpaid invoices over 30 days shall cause the account to revert to a prepaid credit card basis.
Accounts over 90 days shall be subject to placement for collection.
It is agreed between the parties that all collection and legal expenses required to collect any past due balance shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns Damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order and all packing material should be kept unless otherwise instructed.
Merchandise returns for reasons other than damage or our error are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Refused orders will incur a 20% restocking fee & freight charges.
Payment and Credit Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Checks and, Money Orders.
Orders will be prepaid with credit card.
Returned checks shall be subject to a $30 return check fee and subsequent orders shall be prepaid via credit card or money order only.
In stock orders shall be shipped within ten (5) business days of order receipt unless otherwise instructed. Contact customer service with any questions about your shipment or its handling, including questions about custom orders.
